Imagineer has won the the 7 years long 'Medabots' trademark battle against Kevin Comadrán de Frutos.
Comadrán tried to hijack the IP when the trademark in europe has lapsed. This prevented Imagineer from publishing 'Metabots' under its original name in europe.
