The biggest issue with relying on people being loyal to the Constitution rather than to POTUS or the Commander in Chief personally is that through failure to impeach Trump in his first term, the system, the failure of Government, already showed Trump to be above the Constitution.

With the 4th Amendment, and almost all of 'common law' making clear that Police officers (and similar) must clearly identify themselves, surely someone needs to challenge for a ruling in the Supreme Court that facemasks clearly go against the spirit of the law?

"Special Ops: Lioness" was a damn good watch on Netflix. Much more thoughtful and nuanced than most series of the type. Zoe Saldaña was superb in a challenging, multi-faceted role, but the entire cast & crew did work they can rightly be proud of. Recommended.

As we quickly approach day 1,300 of Putin's 10 day "Special Military Operation" I wonder if he's planning a parade to celebrate his glorious accomplishments?
So far he has ruined his country financially and politically, shrunk its population by 4 million, and failed. Lots. Surely time for a party?!
