A New Hampshire man with a green card was detained by immigration officers at Logan Airport and is being held by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement at the Donald W. Wyatt detention facility in Central Falls, Rhode Island.

I think the scene with Mark Ruffalo riding through the snow with all the “creepers” swarming around him in Mickey 17 might have been one of the most memorable “sci-fi action” shots in recent years. Felt like it was out of a Spielberg movie. I loved it.

Can’t stand James in Twin Peaks. Most nothing burger character in the world. An episode started focusing on James and I thought about just turning it off.

Students today were absolutely crushing it. Practicing the assigned instruments and music, learning songs they liked/making their own music, advocating for themselves when they wanted a challenge. Felt really happy to have my job today(even if i did have to write a kid up for chucking a pencil)

They confirm in “Solo” and some Clone Wars episodes that droid racism is real, but it isn’t exactly explained well it just exists
Star Wars needs to clarify if robot racism is a thing or if that one guy in the bar in the first movie was just an asshole

it’s kind of crazy how much of a step up Dune Part 2 is from the first movie. The first one isn’t bad but the stylistic choices are much less interesting.
