Legit question: wonder if Marco Rubio has given any instructions to our embassies in Europe on how to respond to the firestorm created by Trump’s obscene comments? Wonder if SecState will make a “clarification” himself. This isn’t going to be forgotten any time soon.

At a time when international order is under stress and alliances are buckling, in part due to its own actions, this irresponsible administration delivers yet another blow to our diplomatic preparedness.

Incredible, but all too expected, that MAGA is crowing, “The Art of the Deal,” to come out with what’s been in an existing treaty from 1951. And destroy NATO and our traditional allies in the process. Sheer brilliance, I tell you.

I find it painful to watch Maria Corina kiss up to Trump. He hasn’t even bothered to call her. She’s figured out the Trump Code (not particularly difficult), she’s playing the cards she’s been dealt. Lots at stake for the Venezuelan people. But, man, it’s hard to watch.
