I was also the Counter Narcotics Director in our Embassy in Bogota for the start up of Plan Colombia. Spent considerable time in Washington in INL and Peru doing anti- narcotics work. So, yeah, I have a bit of expertise in the subject. Extra judicial killings and double tapping survivors are crimes.
