HHJ Beckley was the first judge I observed when I was preparing for my own CoP hearing. He put me at my ease and made me feel less anxious. @magsbk.bsky.social had a similar experience, as she recounts in this great blog. HHJ Beckley is a great judge to observe

Here's a blog post from @jennykitzinger.bsky.social who observed the hearing. Use of scarce resources was a key concern from clinicians as part of broader context: he was in specialist rehab facility, not care home, while court application pursued.

Does anyone in my network know whether, if you are subject to a Transparency Order preventing you from saying you are involved in a Court of Protection case, you are in contempt of court if you contact your MP, Member of Senedd etc to highlight your case?
