Birthright citizenship is not something that is up for negotiation nor is there any ambiguity under the law.

The Constitution makes it abundantly clear: if you are born in the United States, you are a citizen of the United States.

So many of our Chinese American community members voted this election for him — completely ignoring the reality that our community is also on the target list.
