Quite literally what the hell. Where could a Terminal 9 even go??? Is it an expansion of T8?

Dug through everywhere and could only find it here in the budget summary. $1B set aside is a big deal.

What the hell is “NEW TERMINAL 9” at JFK?

The PANYNJ capital plan summary lists $1.8 billion for work on a new terminal 9 that I have never heard of or seen in any plans. Where would it even go?

And $1+ billion for the JFK AirTrain fleet expansion and station overhaul
How the hell?!

Airbus/JAL stuff: I'm starting to think that JAL will face a delay for its 11th A350-1000 delivery. Their next one is expected by March 2026, but I don't see how that happens as it stands today.

JA11WJ is line 756, which looks like it'll be a long time until we see action.
