I found the motivation to add MBC1 support to my little Game Boy emulator. The list of games it can (theoretically) play has grown a ton with this addition!

While not groundbreaking, this has been a ton of fun to work on.

I've been working on a Game Boy emulator in C# as a portfolio project and for general skilling-up reasons. Also because I find emulators interesting.

I've hit the milestone of getting Tetris to run. Just about every other game explodes in some way, but check out my tetrominos!

We're in a fake content boom. I noticed Amazon gets hit with a wave of AI generated "strategy guides" prior to big game releases that contain nothing but robot hallucinations.

Ethically, some of this is fraud. Legally it's... complicated.
Just happened across what must be an AI video about Old Skies- apparently the main character is “Azy” and she has a time scanner that shows all objects across time. No clue where it all came from.

I’m sure this won’t cause any problems with player expectations, it only has 11,000 views.

Back when I was young and kinda stupid, I remember they added a suggestion box to our high school's cafeteria.

I submitted a suggestion that they put up a box for people to submit suggestions.

A few days later there was a second suggestion box, right next to the first one.

If your approach to colourblindness is full screen filters, you're *doing it wrong*, and causing more problems that you're solving.

If you see a game that has filters, they're doing it wrong. If you see a game that has a 'strength' slider - don't copy it.

Here's the master canvas of all the Plane Puncher sprites I drew in MS Paint. I liked working on one big canvas because it made it easier to grab elements of one sprite for use with another.
