We need the NFL to seed teams based on record rather than by conference standings so we don’t get the Chargers v Texans in the playoffs. They both deserve to get blown out by better teams this weekend. #NFLplayoffs

My biggest Q4 learning as a consultant is that user testing is a huge time suck to do and I owe the UX researcher I used to work with a gift. But, there's nothing more valuable for a client than seeing target users reveal their website weaknesses. Therefore, I will keep selling it. And charge more.
