I don’t say this as any sort of hyperbole, seeing Audra McDonald as Rose in Gypsy, in what should be her 7th Tony-winning performance, was life-changing. She beared her whole soul on that stage & I was in awe. I’ve never seen someone get a standing O before curtain and I’m so grateful I saw it.

This is terrifying. Does he actually think Nazis winked and gave Jews extra bread during the Holocaust? I truly have no words.

Okay, NYT Spelling Bee, I’m pretty sure your April Fool’s Day prank was making me do the same puzzle from a few days ago. I accept this kind of prank, everything else can kindly fuck off.

This! I love seeing all the talk about #ThePitt tonight. It’s an absolutely brilliant show, and I say this as a true wuss who can’t look at about 1/3 of each episode. Honestly, this show gives me a tiny bit of hope for the future of the industry so many of us are fighting to stay in. Appointment TV!
Well, tonight’s episode of The Pitt wrecked me. I actually had to say to myself, “Stop, it’s only a TV show.”

That’s what spending four months with a character —instead of four days through a binge—does.

Long live episodic television.

Happy 50th, @nbcsnl.bsky.social! It was a privilege to be a part of those 50 years. SNL taught me so much about hard work & perseverance, gave me so many memories I will carry with me forever, but most importantly, I met one of my best friends there. Sending lots of love to my SNL fam today. #snl50

I realize everything is terrible right now, but is there any greater feeling than a giant dog choosing you, out of a whole group, to cuddle…?

Seems fitting my first post is a TV rec. I watched Laid on Peacock in 1.5 days and it’s so good. An entire Amanda Knox runner? Was this show made for me?! It definitely is geared towards millennials and I love that. And if this show gets a season 2, I’m also obsessed with Knox. Please hire me.
