Yesterday Romanians from Moldova gave 88% of the votes to the pro-EU candidate for RO presidency, Nicușor Dan. Hundreds of thousands of Moldovans have regained their Romanian citizenship, which was prohibited in 1940, when Bessarabia was occupied by the USSR.

It was great to share the experiences of investigative reporters in Moldova at the International Journalism Festival. My message was: as long as Russia keeps pressuring Moldova (and many other countries), investigative reporters can't relax while democracy is at risk.

Last night, several Russian drones fell on Moldovan territory. The Russian Ambassador was summoned to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where pieces of the downed drones, found in Moldova, were waiting for him on the table.
