Last night, several Russian drones fell on Moldovan territory. The Russian Ambassador was summoned to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where pieces of the downed drones, found in Moldova, were waiting for him on the table.

The President of Moldova, Maia Sandu, along with Prime Minister Dorin Recean and Deputy Prime Minister Oleg Serebrian, visited the Transnistrian region today. They met with mayors and local authorities from villages (on the right bank) to discuss the energy crisis and potential solutions.

Today is the official Christmas in the Russian world. On Xmas Eve people in Transnistrian region are informed that from today the blackouts will be prolonged from 4 to 8 hours, while there is no gas, heating and worm water in apartments for many days. Russia released threats to Md, EU, Ukr.

Congratulations to Romania and Bulgaria by becoming fully part of Schengen. Hundreds of thousands of Romanian citizens in Moldova (and Bulgarian citizens in Moldova too) will benefit as well, traveling easier to EU countries.

Romanian citizens in Moldova stay in lines to vote for the Romanian Parliament. According to some data, more than a third part of Moldovans have Romanian citizenship. Many voting stations are opened across Moldova.

Today Romanians are electing the president. Many Moldovans have Romanian passports, so voters from Moldova are on 4th place, after Romanian diaspora in Germany, GB and Italy.
