On this Veterans Day, I think about Tr*mp firing the VA schedulers, so our vets can't make appts to see their doctors. I think of our vets who will get pneumonia and die bc the VA isn't allowing COVID shots. I think about how my father served 30 yrs for a country he wouldn't recognize now.

Just got a random message on fb from a person who knew my sister while she was living in Chicago. They just found out that she passed (she passed in 2022 unexpectedly). He had nothing but great things to say about here and its sobering to know that she left her mark.
