This week's video sees Matt truly haunted by a gigantic box of cogs and space-travel fiddling. Is Galactic Cruise a holiday worth pursuing?

maaaaaan it’s gonna be yet another news cycle of watching people talk about the most traumatic thing that ever happened to me in a way that ignores the work I did to expose it, misunderstands it, and falsely attributes it as the inventor of online hate, isn’t it

Is Fromage - “The Cheese Eurogame” cheesy enough? Does its rotating wheel of bries and goudas bring joy or despair? Should you pay the recommended retail price, to conquer Brittany with a soft buttery edam?!

Maybe!

Great little box of joy. I love rolling dice and push your luck, so it's right up my alley. In a similarish vein I've also gotten a lot out of cubitos and MLEM a space agency.

Going to plug the amazing civolution manual. Great rule book, 50 pages.

I weirdly enough enjoy reading rulebooks. There's something soothing about it. My favourites are GMT games, CMYK's Spots, and Civolution (great great rule book, flows so well and really explains the game in a logical way. Despite being 50 pages it doesn't feel over done in anyway).

I had this issue with Irish gauge. They made a big deal about that fact the rules fit on a, single double sided A4. Because it was all so cramped I missed quite a few rules and had a pretty rotten experience the first few times.

Snuff them out quietly: Block without engagement. Not a peep.

If you're interviewing a Trump apologist in the UK media/politics sphere, don't ask about trade, tariffs or even NATO *until* you've asked about the coup attemt, the sex offending & the felonies. These people claim to care about all the things that Trump denigrates daily. Call them out on it.

Goodreads is owned by Amazon & there is an AMAZING alternative‼️

The StoryGraph is a black women-owned competitor to GoodReads with better UI in my opinion.
When you sign up you can even transfer your data from Goodreads to StoryGraph!

Good news: Twitter is collapsing.

And this chart doesn't even show the last two weeks—which have seen the largest exodus in site history.

There are reports from Newsweek and others that Twitter may merge with Truth Social.

If that happens, the last collapse of Twitter may happen almost overnight.
