Just updating my UK-Portugal page. The 09:30 Vigo-Madrid AVE has had its 1st class & all catering removed, to become an Avlo.
It’s almost as if @Renfe is deliberately sabotaging its own service. If you want a proper train it’s 06:00 (ouch!) or 13:27 (doesn’t run Saturdays). 🤷♂️

The biggest tragedy in modern Hollywood is that “Master & Commander” did not spawn a massive Aubrey-Maturin cinematic universe.
The movie is perfect. Both leads were spot on. The setting SCREAMS for a gazillion movies.

No entiendo lo de anunciar el Metro *en* el Metro. Quiero decir, ya estoy usándolo. Habrá que poner estos carteles en la M-30.

Recordad: aunque os digan lo contrario, las ciudades pueden tener muchos nombres y todas las academias de la lengua coinciden en la conveniencia de emplear el propio del idioma que se use en ese momento.
