I could be wrong but I’m pretty sure the Supreme Court ruling will be successfully challenged by the European Court because it doesn’t stand up to any form for scrutiny.

As it is, butch lesbians and others who are gender non conforming but not trans have faced being challenged in toilets.
It won’t just be trans people who face being increasingly degraded and humiliated.
I’d bet a substantial amount that most targets won’t even be trans.

A cis woman I know is so concerned about this that she's been talking to me about wanting to flee the UK for her safety.
