In the next month, I will be visiting Portland and Chicago. It will be interesting to see how things are going. I'm pretty sure I don't need to worry about my safety, except from ICE. Especially since I'm mixed race and sometimes appear to be Latina.

Anchorage - if you're able to attend the school board meeting tonight, Moms for Liberty is targeting 2 teachers for social media posts they claim are divisive. One pointed out negative statements of Charlie Kirk & the other was anti-Trump. Not a coincidence that one is black & the other a drag king.

It seems the government has eliminated the DHHS Office of Civil Rights. You can still find some OCR info, but they no longer reference the "Office of Civil Rights". They do realize this enforced HIPAA and not the Civil Rights of immigrants or minorities, right? www.hhs.gov/civil-rights...
