I need help understanding inflation. How can someone say inflation is down, when if the inflation # is positive, that’s says that that number should reflect the prior # which was higher then the current year. In other words it’s not down, it’s just not rising as fast

I don’t have patience for niceties when it comes to this crap, so if you’re an anti-vaxxer, keep your damn kids at home and don’t travel for the holidays.
