En wat kost een bouwkavel per ha? Stukje meer dan landbouwgrond. 200 tot 300 euro per m2 in Flevoland. Daar zit toch nog wel winst?

Realized we were out of foil to cover a dish I was cooking in oven and had a brief moment of "what the heck did people do before foil??" and then remembered I have several dutch ovens.
