These people are lunatics.
At #FedSoc, just-departed Bondi chief of staff and acting DOJ No. 3 Chad Mizelle urges Congress to step up campaign to impeach federal judges who've blocked Trump policies. Mizelle also rejects Roberts' stance that rulings can't be grounds for impeachment. www.politico.com/newsletters/...

Demolition was also the post-Soviet Russian understanding of renovation: "A White House spokesman said that the 'entirety' of the East Wing would eventually be 'modernized and rebuilt.'"
The National Trust for Historic Preservation warned that President Trump’s planned 90,000-square-foot ballroom would “overwhelm the White House itself,” which spans just 55,000 square feet. https://wapo.st/4hmL8rC

Ron DeSantis and his cronies (including his now chief of staff and the man he appointed our attorney general) turned the state government into a political operation to defeat Amendments 3 and 4, stealing tens of millions of taxpayer dollars.

My comprehensive refutation of the major conclusions in the court’s opinion holding our Privacy Clause doesn’t protect abortion access.

Another failure of the legal profession, that this person passed the character and fitness evaluation for admission to the New York Bar.
The guy Trump picked to lead the office that’s now investigating Jack Smith:

— said Niki Haley is ineligible to be president
— has neo-Nazi ties
— was Andrew Tate’s lawyer
— 2x Claremont fellow
— wrote for Gateway Pundit
— called for Pence to be hanged
— called for secession after 2020 election

The Florida state government hires outside lawyers all the time, and they’re all politically connected.
Texas AG Ken Paxton hired a former staffer to work on a recent case. As a state employee, her labor would have cost taxpayers $641.

As a private attorney, Paxton allowed her to bill $3,780 an hour, so that day of work cost taxpayers $24,570.

An article I co-wrote on precedent (not crim law) was cited several times in the separate opinions!
Florida court: We think the enactment of medical marijuana at the state level, and perhaps legalization of hemp at the federal level, means the smell of cannabis no longer generates probable cause, and we certify the question to the state supreme court.
