The elimination of child labor laws is disgusting. 14 year olds able to work an over night shift on a school night? They won’t go to school. They won’t be educated. They will become sheep. That’s the plan.

Let's talk about the horrors of the Triangle Fire, what changed, and what remains the same 114 years later (mostly it's all the same)

This week has been a lot. I haven’t felt this much anxiety since 2020. Hubs and I went to a local tea shop today where I read and sipped tea. Totally calmed me down. In these times, you must take time to heal yourself. The #resistance needs us all.

I can remember going to local Pequot and Wampanoag powwows when I was a kid. I asked my mom who the man was that all the shirts and flags saying “Free Leonard” was. That was over 40 years ago. Wow.

My husband is currently outside shoveling while in flip flops, cargo shorts, and a short sleeve shirt. If that doesn’t say New England dad, I don’t know what does.

Friend of ours works at CDC. Daily emails from Musk and the tech bros telling them to take the leave. Take a vacation. Live your life. No one is listening because they know it’s all a sham and they won’t get paid. #resist

Update on getting care for my mom with Alzheimer’s. Can’t find anyone to come to rural RI. You read that right. Rhode Island. The smallest state. If she lived 5 miles east, it wouldn’t be a problem. What in the ever loving hell do people in REAL rural America do? Our healthcare system is broken.
