Jamie Dimon and @postopinions.bsky.social should check their facts. Right now, federal law prevents states from doing this—and it's the big banks who want to keep it that way.

If you want to get on board to let states cap credit card rates and lower costs, I’m ready to pass the bill.

I posted this to the other place originally but decided to repost it here so I could quote it to complain that a recipe calls for cups-worth of chicken.
Americans: We use these nesting cups to quickly measure out common quantities of liquid

My talk from Server Side Swift is up! Talking about how languages make the trade-off between easy to write and fast at runtime, and how (shockingly!) I think #Swift strikes the right balance.

Californians: for the first time in ages, your vote matters nationally.

Prop 50 counters the illegitimate Texas gerrymander, restoring the impact of your vote.

Opposition is misguided. Taking the high road here helps those against democracy keep control.

Vote yes on 50.

Yes on 50 – The Election Rigging Response Act
Trump and Texas Republicans are moving to rig the 2026 election — and other GOP states are joining in. If Californians don’t act now, they could seize Congress no matter how we vote.
