I have seen a few complaints about the Prince songs used for the finale of #StrangerThings. For the record, I am the same age as Mike, Will, Lucas, Dustin. 1984, I took a bus to the Penhorn Mall to buy this 45 because I had to listen to it 1 million x more than the radio played it. I cheered.

I keep seeing this comment that #GenX are the "worst grandparents". GenX are 45-60 yrs old. The bulk of us are desperately still working so we might retire at 65. We are traumatized, exhausted humans. We also have our emotionally unavailable Boomer parents to care for. Honestly, what did you expect?

I have no problem with our tax dollars funding #HeatedRivalry . I just wished the people of Canada owned a bit of the profits so we could fund LGBTQ2S stuff. Or pay for lawyers to fight homophobic/transphobic Alberta.

This. The cohort of 16-9 votes at council win, and claim victory and try to convince us that they’re doing the right thing and yet year after year, we see the same issues: chronic underfunding of social infrastructure while $ bleeds out to unsustainable suburban/rural wards.
