What does Advances in Nineteenth-Century Studies do, I hear you ask?

Hotly anticipating our launch in 2026, this journal will regularly include research articles; discussion forums; pedagogy practicums; & reviews of books, recordings, films, exhibitions, & digital resources.
Over this summer research season, we thought we'd share some of what we've been up to on the Advances team.

@drhannahlscott.bsky.social (recordings reviews) has been on an historic costume course, & having a dalliance with the 18thc. of which we just about approve since the dress is rather fancy.
