In court in Canada, his daughters said their father’s estimated net worth was $12.8 billion.

New details on deadly gunfight between a U.S. Border Patrol agent and occupants of a car stopped on a highway south of the Canadian border names the agent killed as David (Chris) Maland and civilian who died as a German national legally in the U.S. on a valid visa:
