Very true! I wish more people understood that being neurodivergent is NOT the same as being mentally ill.
Being ND means that you function and process information slightly differently (simplified, I know).

Last week, I was diagnosed with #ADHD, and it’s been life-changing so far. I’ve always felt my life experience was a bit different from others, but I never really paid much attention to it. I just thought I was forgetful, impulsive, or easily distracted… but I struggled and blamed myself for it 😞
