Pretty sure both the related slang terms "harsh realm" (denoting something negative) and "crucial realm" (denoting something positive) appear in multiple early DIRTY PAIR issues.

In 1992, Megan Jasper fooled a credulous New York Times reporter Rick Marin into reporting on a whole fake street slang called Grunge Speak.

Damn, really sorry to hear that; I'm very glad I got to work with John on the EMPOWERED: ANIMAL STYLE one-shot lo these many years ago. IMHO, best mecha artist in US comics (while being similarly skilled with character work, I hasten to add) and always an erudite delight to talk to.

Damn, really sorry to hear that; I'm very glad I got to work with John on the EMPOWERED: ANIMAL STYLE one-shot lo these many years ago. IMHO, best mecha artist in US comics (while being similarly skilled with character work, I hasten to add) and always an erudite delight to talk to.
