I just got the injection pen for my T shots. It's expensive and not a lot of insurance covers it. But now my shot only takes 1-2 minutes from start to finish. The shot is self contained in the pen, and I love it. My chronic pain doesn't keep me from my shot anymore.

Everyone I know is asking WHAT TO DO, since old ways aren't working. But this has been Rachel's message (and Elizabeth Warren's, etc) all along. Don't give up. As exhausted as we all are - I think picking ONE way to engage feels doable? I'm curious about examples of creative tactics. Anyone know?

Everyone I know is asking WHAT TO DO, since old ways aren't working. But this has been Rachel's message (and Elizabeth Warren's, etc) all along. Don't give up. As exhausted as we all are - I think picking ONE way to engage feels doable? I'm curious about examples of creative tactics. Anyone know?

It's not a bad idea to go to the local Walmart or big box retailer and buy lots of consumables now. From toothpaste to soap, anything you can find storage space for, buy before they have to replenish inventory.
Even if it's made in the USA , they will jack up the price and blame it on tariffs.
