I made spaghetti sauce today. It was very good. I think I was standing too long because when I was standing up from using the bathroom my right knee buckled a little bit. I was able to keep standing. I’m still healing.

My cousin told me a round dance was cancelled because they were worried about ICE. The organizers didn’t want people in danger.
