On a quick trip to Canada, I took my resistance bands with me to keep up exercise while abroad.

My host had a narrow hallway, but I made it work.

And as a result, I didn’t feel like I wasted a few days away from the gym.

Leg day begins with preparation rather than heavy weights.
Dynamic hip warm-ups freed fascia, movable joints, steady movement, and max power output.

If you bypass the warm-up, you increase your chance of injury and produce less strong lifts.
The warm-up produces stronger, safer, more potent legs.

If you’re still sore 3 days after leg day, there could be 3 reasons:
You didn’t warm up properly, you didn’t really cooldown, or your fascia is really tight.
