Wow, insulation is life changing. It’s 36 degrees out and all I had to do was put on a sweater and one set of fuzzy socks instead of two layers plus running the space heater after boiling myself in the shower to raise my core body temp

Did not have the most successful beet harvest this year cause I overcrowded them, but I did harvest Some. Perhaps I will go to Michaels and get a little jar to pickle all three of my beets.
This should give me exactly enough beet brine to then pickle one (1) hardboiled egg

I realized my desire for a dehydrator was kind of wasteful and a symptom of my 'acquire hobby tools' syndrome at work so instead I spent six hours monopolizing the kitchen and all the cookie trays and now the whole apartment smells like catnip.
I'm a joy and not annoying to live with.

I was playing Dead Letters Department on Halloween which was a dead miserable day for me, so I was already making terrible decisions, and I hit a part where the 'letter' was three pages of corrupted keysmash and rather than realize I was supposed to pick out the handful of words hidden as the answer
