According to the Chatham County Police Department, Monday morning’s fatal crash was the result of a chase between Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and a suspect.

I’ve realized that coffee doesn’t really do much for me, except make me sleepy & pee more. I just enjoy the flavor so I end up drinking decaf coffee.

Once I start having nightmares about what’s happening, work, or any other stressful situation, it’s a wrap. I either have to deal with it & rip it off like a bandaid, or continue to ignore it, but know that it’s only gonna make it worse.
