As a special education teacher myself, this is wrong on all counts.
Its probably a troll account, to be fair, and not worth engaging with, BUT…
If they knew about special education law theyd know before IDEA, people with disabilities were
A) not identified
B) institutionalized
C) segregated

I'm a special eduation teacher. It has ABSOLUTELY, POSTIVELY increased.
Transgenders and other "neurological" conditions have also increased. Do people not know this either?
