Acacia Center for Justice condemns the House of Representatives’ passage of H.R. 4371, a bill that threaten the safety of unaccompanied children by rolling back critical protections and detaining children for longer periods, if not indefinitely.

Acacia Condemns Passage of HR 4371
The proposed legislation would subject children to prolonged detention in restrictive settings, and authorize invasive body searches of children.  We urge the Senate to reject this bill.
