One thing I will never miss about older JRPGs is how random encounters are implemented. Good riddance to the days of walking 2-3 steps and facing enemies in battle.

I much prefer the Persona/Trails style of random encounters.

Just got done with my 10th #kdrama "Alchemy of Souls", both seasons. Loved it. The next ones I will most likely focus on are: "Goblin", "Mouse", "Mr Sunshine", "Arthdal Chronicles" and "Moon Embracing the Sun" amongst others. The image shows the completed ones so far.
