Status report, "Spur-Of-The-Moment Scone Recipe" dep't: Buttermilk scones/biscuits, thrown together on the fly, firmer dough than usual, pastry flour, butter cut in via the Cuisinart/Magimix, dough folded more times than usual, baked in very-preheated iron frying pan. Came out pretty well. 😀 🍽️ 🥖
