Attended a new monthly music series in Seatttle. This month featured a 1+ hour course in vocal versatility by Gemma Balinbin, Engagement Manager at the 5th Ave Theatre. It was a kickoff to my upcoming weekend in Victoria, BC at my 1st regional National Association of Teachers of Singing conference.

I’m excited to have registered for the National Association of Teachers of Singing 2026 Winter Workshop, January 3-5 at the Manhattan School of Music in NYC. I’ll also attend the National Musical Theatre Competition Finals.

At TTRPG game night last night I asked the GM some questions that created some unexpected solutions to a problem that looked dark. I uncovered a secret, made a new powerful ally, sent out a call to rally others. I’m feeling pretty good about myself. 😂

Now that Starfinder Second Edition is launching, one could play a Brigadoon inspired ttrpg one-shot about a miraculously blessed village that appears out of the mists every one hundred years for only a day. It’s a sci-fi/fantasy mashup in the making.
