I don’t wear makeup, except for lipstick. Lipstick makes me feel powerful.

Ugh. Food poisoning. Threw up at PT while in the pool. Thankfully, the phys therapist was fast enough to get me a garbage can so I didn’t throw up *in* the pool.

I feel terrible, but managed to get home without throwing up in my car. I’m counting it as a win.

As a survivor of domestic abuse, I can’t agree more. We’ve all heard that phrase, that tone of voice. It’s one of the (MANY) reasons I am so shook by the video. It’s raised old trauma while inflicting new, like being punched and beaten down again myself.

Jonathan Ross must be prosecuted.

I’ve been trying to push through hip pain to get at least ten minutes/day on my NuStep.

Today I could only manage six. 😣

The bursa injection is wearing off. Six weeks until I get another. It’s gonna get a lot worse in the coming weeks.
