I'm sat at home with a cup of coffee. Rain is falling. I can just about see the church on the hill, illuminated through the mist. A day indoors with a good book beckons.

Another huge issue, and I don't think people even know this is a thing, is that just about everything is done with smart phones now. And many (most?) seniors literally cannot work their phones. Signing things, texting, dealing with spam and fraud or even using the basic functions? They're often lost

It may not look like much to you, but to me this is groundbreaking.
I've struggled to eat properly for ages so to have a sit down meal and actually eat it is amazing.
It's 7 days since I left work and slowly but surely I'm making positive changes.
