Re-post because I accidentally deleted the original >_> Anyway, Eternal Darkness is great. Deserves a remaster, or at least a re-release on Switch.

Happy 24th Birthday, Game Cube! Making its way outside Japan to the USA in November 2001!

Let's celebrate with some GCN eye-candy: very high resolution and quality from a press disc.

What games would you recommend to someone wanting to get into its library, peeps? What are your faves?

Lost Kingdoms 2, one of FromSoft's forgotten gems and exclusive to the GameCube. Fun blend of action-rpg and card mechanics, before that became all of the rage these days.

I know FromSoft is now a souls factory for the foreseeable future but I hope they one day revisit this series (Echo Night too).

Going by the first level, Black Ops 7 is a level of bad we've not seen from Call of Duty in a long time.

Oh hell yeah.
Unreal Tournament can now be played IN A BROWSER

Along with other late 90s PC FPS classics but yeah. UT99 in a browser window... just fantastic. Thanks to the r/LGR subreddit for letting me know about it!
