Hi everyone, this is Patricia, one of the Ps at 4P Press. I write the rules around this joint and yes, before you ask, I am a woman. But I am just as much of a wargame geek as you fellows are.
Our first product is a WWI aerial affair that you can buy here:

Hi everyone, just a reminder my birthday bash sale is in full swing, plus I'd like to share some pictures of the Patricia Phillips' Birthday Military Parade (those seem to popular in the US for some, okay, one person). It even had a flyover and a floatover. I am so loved.
Happy wargaming darlings!

Well darlings, tomorrow is my birthday😱. Yes, I'm depressed. But to celebrate, 4P is having a big sale. As I'm still in my 40s 😬, we're offering all our stuff at 40% off. The sale runs only tomorrow, the 12th.
So have a look and cheer me up,
Patricia❤️

I'm very much looking forward to Torpedoes and Tides, and the way Thomas has researched and prepared his rules for their debut tells me they will indeed be a lovely set.
I've tried many coastal sets before but haven't found one to hit my, er, to hit the mark, but these look to be great. ❤️
I just had an absolutely fantastic talk with Sean Livingston, author of a recent biography of Canadian Coastal Forces hero Tom Fuller. This interview will be released together with a free bonus scenario upon release of my upcoming coastal forces wargames rules Torpedoes and Tides #navalwargaming

Hello darlings, I'm back with two new releases, both airplanes.
I'll do my favorite first, the Mexican (right?) TNCA C Microplano. It's name isn't the only cute thing about her. She's so adorable I had to do her picture in color of all things!
Wargaming with her just needs an active imagination.🙂

This isn't about wargaming but "littoral stimulation" OMFG😂
See the rest of the post for context.
A correspondent reminds me that ships are generally referred to as "she", which might be where we're going wrong here.

Although I note that several hours of littoral stimulation have hardly worked either.

Hi,I printed up a 4P Lloyd 40.08. It is massive. Though it took just over five hours I do absolutely love it. Chris did a brilliant job with it and even did its intended escort, the 40.05. No, neither pilot could see what was in front, but vision shmision who cares?
These are tons of wargaming fun!

Ooh talk dirty to me!🤭

I'd also like to see a sub genre of this for wargamers discussing game design and a comparison of mechanics based on die type and whether rolling high or low makes for optimal game play. Give me your d10 baby!😍
Porn should be informative: instead of repeating the same boring phrases over and over again they could lecture us about the Pleistocene, helicobacter pylori and the endoplasmic reticulum whilst banging

OMG they're already here. We've just released 9 Russian ships, and all of them are very cool.
Rather than link to all nine, I'll post the 4P link:
site.wargamevault.com/browse/pub/1...
You can see them all lined up pretty in a row.
Chris did a great job with them, bless his heart.
Thanks darlings!❤️

Just in time for Valentine's, get your girl a bucket bag and maybe she'll let you put something inside it.

It's definitely a love letter alright.

This is a nice read. In my twenties I was in a gaming club for about 15 minutes and I actively recruited people, only to have some members of the club ignore guests. Fortunately for me, I am such an introvert I burned out quickly with socializing and went back into my shell, never to be seen again.🙂

Hi everyone,
It's time we released some stuff so here it is. The 4P air force is growing and getting weirder and weirder as it does. The titles today are the Martinsyde Elephant, Morane Saulnier Bullet, Sikorsky S-16 and the Bognor Bloater (not making this up). I'll have what Chris is smoking.

When I was at the village ball dancing all night, Chris was hard at work testing out some new rules, bless his heart.❤️
This is a preview of a work in progress that will eventually be Archibald 2, chocked full of more innovative fun, shenanigans and even a bit of hijinks.
Thank you Chris!

Patricia❤️
A good frigid (at least here in southern Colorado it is) Saturday morning to you all. I hope all is well with you.

I have posted an account of my first play test of observation mission rules to my blog.

Hi,
Some insider info for you, tomorrow our rules Contested Seas will be the Deal of the Day on Wargame Vault at 50% off.🥳
To celebrate, all of our STL files are also on sale for 50% off. Am I crazy? Duh! But that has nothing to do with the sale.🙃

Oooh, shiney! Here's a sneak peak of what our intrepid designer @cd-ferree.bsky.social just sent me, a lovely Morane Saulnier N.
I hope to get this out very soon. I'll be doing my test prints tomorrow I hope. I just love those early war types, they're so cute!😍

Not wargaming but I just had a fun argument with my son. The cartoon Maya the Bee came up (as it does), and he said that it's technically an anime because it's animation done in Japan.
I told him if an Italian makes kung pao that doesn't make it Italian food. This went on for twenty minutes. 😬

This Valentine's don't buy flowers from The Man, get something that shows you really care. What says love like a Turkey Man?
This Valentines, surprise an enemy or lover with a Turkey Man. I don't need to post a pic, you can see him now, in your minds. 💝🦃🧍‍♂️

I heard back from Warlord and they deleted my account. When they asked for confirmation I wrote them a long reply about Stallard being a misogynist bastard (but with proper, ladylike language🤢), and they responded but chose not to discuss my issues. Just okay thanks. I'll never buy from them again.
So I couldn't delete my account but I changed my information.
The lines are for name/last name, company name, address, city, country (thank you Chad 😂)and phone number.

Hi, I'm here with two new additions to the 4P wargaming empire.🙂
I've been on an Italian kick lately with ships and now Chris has done up a couple of Italian WWI aircraft, and they are quite sexy.
We've just released the Ansaldo SVA 5 and SVA 10.
Here's the 5:

When I'm not Patricia at 4P, I'm a teacher. I like to ask my students to raise their hands if they're bad in math. Half of them usually do. Then I say if you have your hand up, keep it up if you have a 1 (same as an A) in math. No one has their hand up.
Then I ask the same about art.
Sometimes it feels selfish being an actor, existing for ‘entertainment’ when so much of the world is hurting.

Art is important. Creativity is at the heart of humanity and can soothe the soul.
But the bigger reason that you should write and make art, is that your work is someone else's respite.

You don't know who they are. They may be someone in the future. But if you have escaped into a book, or a painting, or a TV show... Someone created that.

You can do that for someone else.

A flight of 4P DH5s soar over my windowsill while an avocado looks on menacingly.
It's hoped that the DH5s are searching for the bastards who stole their roundels.

I do my WWI aerial wargaming in 1/144, but these print great in whatever scale.

I often speak about Chris as "our designer" but that ain't the half of it. Chris has a long history in wargaming as a sculptor and rules writer as well as 3D design. It's an honor and quite a feather in my cap to have Chris on the 4P team and his blog is full of the most amazing adventures. Do look❤️

I don't wargame AoS but I do love the O'Brian books. Saturday I was looking at the bookshelf and it suddenly hit me that the books lined up in numerical order make a picture. I've had the things for 15 years and only just figured this out. Sheesh.
Don't tell John Stallard.
