Hello there to new followers!

I’m a voice actor you may have heard in that horror thing you like, or you may have seen me on stage/on tour.

Prepare for lots of theatrical and geeky shenanigans with a sprinkling of queerness.

Catch me at the Bodleian Library tomorrow!
✨ 2025

A few clips from a phenomenal year celebrating 250 years of Jane Austen in 2025.

Not featured here are the copious amounts of tea and biscuits consumed, all the friends made and the communities built through our shared love of Jane Austen.

✨ We can’t wait to see what 2026 brings!

Sometimes it feels selfish being an actor, existing for ‘entertainment’ when so much of the world is hurting.

Art is important. Creativity is at the heart of humanity and can soothe the soul.
But the bigger reason that you should write and make art, is that your work is someone else's respite.

You don't know who they are. They may be someone in the future. But if you have escaped into a book, or a painting, or a TV show... Someone created that.

You can do that for someone else.

The Discord AI survey is quick and simple and (unlike a lot of similar surveys) does actually let you clearly state that you don't want it. Shall we do that?

Happy New Year! 2026 marks 30 years since I was in a small profit-share tour of Antigone, my first professional acting role.

I played the eponymous doomed heroine, full of righteous indignation.

And three decades on, I’m still here. Not bad, kiddo.

What a joy and honour to have been part of this show.

I’ve loved playing Scrooge so much, and, as an early Christmas present, it’s been announced that the production will return next year!
The most enormous thanks to the cast and crew of 'A Christmas Carol', which completed its run this afternoon. We've received the most positive comments, the most generous post-show bucket collections, and had the most fun with this production.

"We know the story and the ending but Unbound know how to tell a story differently! Amazing production, great characters... loved it. Well done to cast and crew and Dario Knight for giving us his version... brilliant!"
Another great review for our production of 'A Christmas Carol'! We've a single ticket left for tomorrow (23 Dec) night's show, which closes with a Christmas Eve matinee. Don't leave it too late to see this very special show!

What a superb opening night for the cast and crew of 'A Christmas Carol'. The feedback from our first audience has blown us away. Best of all? We get to do it all again tonight (19 Dec)!

"Have you been in EastEnders?"

Followed by the look that they don't believe what I do, because I'm obviously not a real actor because I haven't been on the telly...
What’s the worst question someone can ask after you tell them your profession? For linguists, it’s definitely “how many languages do you speak?”, but I’m curious what else is happening to the rest of y’all out there?!

Don't you think a Victorian gothic ghost story would be a great addition to the recent lineup of successful gothic period pieces like Frankenstein and Nosferatu? Something about a woman tossing aside societal standards for independence? In a remote seaside manor? With two giant dogs??? Yeah, me too.

So said the judge of the Salt Hill Murder. But what of the voice the prisoner silenced? It's time for them to be heard.
