I had this same thought growing up and into early adulthood. However, being raised by one parent was the best thing for me. Mom (raised in a 2-parent home) did a helluva good job raising me and Big Sis. In fact, people thought we came from a 2-parent home because of our behavior and mannerism.
I do wonder how different my life experience would’ve been if I was in a two parent household.
