I am incredibly happy to receive my first teaching excellence recognition from Copenhagen Business School.

It is heartwarming to see that it is possible to channel the passion for human development in the classroom (beyond studying its strategic implications as a research topic).

Academics, let's always remember to pass the torch forward.

Happy I got a chance to share with PhD students in Brazil a bit of my trajectory: from a PhD at Insper (a school in Sao Paulo) to the international job market.

Let's not waste talented young researchers due to spatial/status differences!
