Exposer des "attaques hybrides" n'aide aucunement à agir. En l'occurrence, il y a des modes opératoires parfaitement documentés (subversion, sabotage, terrorisme, etc.) qui appellent des réponses (politiques, militaires, etc.) spécifiques.
