How short sighted was Economic Growth - allowing global corporate buy outs - then its environmental degradation, political corruption, the climate breakdown, their community wealth extraction, its enforced austerity, and the extreme wealth disparity it created.

It's effectively impossible to boycott US companies because they own so many British brands. You'd have to stop buying Cadburys, Walkers Crisps, HP sauce.... or shopping at Gails or Waterstones etc etc...

Over the short or long term, what’s the economy growing for. The super rich, hate, discrimination, climate breakdown and nature’s collapse.
