Was asked a few weeks ago if I could help a friend celebrate birthday today by participating in an 8-player #TwilightImperium4 game. Thought I might have to cancel due to a bout of sickness I’d been fighting, but able to join in for what turned out to be 11 hours of #boardgame strategy/battle. #Lost

I'm having a lot of fun with TI4 asynchronous play online. It would benefit a lot from having 5 other people you know and can lean on a bit to speed up their play, but it's still a lot of fun with mostly randos.
