we are nearing the end of the #treelemetry xmasalytics season. some valuable insights gleaned, and a major evolution in our software architecture. more to do, particularly with respect to automated segmentation of events. but we're emerging with a great dataset to iterate on

profuse apologies to all of our users: a mishandled cleanup routine resulted in #treelemetry systems consuming over 1.8TB of disk space on the host system, blocking writes and stalling updates. the issue has been resolved, and we hope to recover much of the missing data treelemetry.tomlee.space

I want to acknowledge that the most recent linear regression is not great. I'm hopeful it will snap into shape as more data arrives--we had an unfortunate outage this morning when I overwatered & got the sensor wet. Systems still recovering. We will declare a SEV & do a full postmortem #treelemetry

in particular, I hope you will enjoy the water consumption trend analysis (a proxy for tree health) and ALL NEW SENSOR COVERAGE for temperature (both trunk and water!) and relative humidity (air only, the water humidity is 100%) #treelemetry
