.kkreiger, released in 2004 by .theprodukkt (Farbrausch) is a tech demo of a playable 3D first person shooter that weighs 96KB (around 1/10th of a MB), the game achieves this by using procedurally generated graphics and sound instead of storing everything as files like most other games
